We are a travel agency based in Dubai, looking for a Global Visa Consultant with Minimum 2 Yrs. UAE experience.
Good knowledge about global visas (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen and other countries that required the visa).
Making calls with the leads provided and meet the customers in the office and explain the suitable immigration programs and signing them up.
Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Must prepare all fee quotes / documentaion work and any information required by clients, or authorities and sign them up.
Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations of different countries.
Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
Maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required.
Keep updated with company procedures and processes.
Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
