Perform highly confidential administrative duties
Manage complex diary/calendar
Organize travel itineraries, visa applications, and handle expenses
Compose, edit, and review confidential correspondence
Compile statistical information, reports, and presentations
Perform office management and other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Minimum of 5 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
Proven track record of providing outstanding high-level support
Highly adaptable with excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
Strong written and oral English skills, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to thrive under pressure
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
