Global Senior Recruiter - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Forex industry. As a Global Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our organization\'s growth and success. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and in-depth knowledge of various industries, more specifically fintech or forex, will be crucial in identifying and securing high-calibre professionals for various roles within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent in varying industries.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and direct sourcing.
• Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Utilize behavioural and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates\' capabilities and potential.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Assisting other offices on a global scale which form part of the group with their recruiting needs

Requirements:

• Live in Dubai
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, speaking and written. An additional language would be an asset.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Forex industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the Forex market, trading platforms, and industry-specific job roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional interviewing skills, including the ability to assess candidates\' technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Schedule: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
