The division also oversees number of company banks related programs and facilitates retail banking services in SAO campuses. Treasury is seeking a Treasury professional to join our banking operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Treasury banking operations and services, with strong a focus on systems, and a deep understanding of Treasury transformation, compliance and regulatory frameworks of the Saudi Arabian & international markets.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily banking operations, including payments processing, deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local and international standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Evaluate and improve payment processes, aligning with Treasury digital transformation initiatives such as Cash Pooling and aggregated payments processing.
Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners to streamline processes, address issues, and negotiate favorable terms.
Identify and mitigate operational risks related to banking activities, including fraud prevention and cybersecurity measures.
Prepare reports on Treasury operations, performance, and key metrics to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Maintain a comprehensive banking master database for all group bank accounts.
Assist internal departments and the group with new product development, implementations, and general Treasury/banking services inquiries.
Develop, review, and negotiate bank account openings with financial institutions for the group.
Review and negotiate banking agreements, including ISDA master agreements, SLAs, and MA-CUG agreements.
Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Education: Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Professional certifications: CFA, CPA, and CTP.
Proficient in Finance and treasury software and systems, with a strong understanding of SAP and SWIFT messaging standards, as well as electronic banking platforms.
12-15 years of experience in back-end corporate treasury operations.
Understanding of the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on Treasury operations preferred.
Knowledge of Shariah Compliant Business Banking.
Familiarity with digital transformation in banking and corporate Treasury.
Ability to coach staff in developing analytical skills and managing project delivery.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills.
