The role will also include supporting other departments in pre-feasibility and feasibility studies determining the viability of future third-party projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the review of affiliates\' corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department of This Company.
Lead and advise on Treasury matters related to This Company\'s Affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures, and Public Entities.
Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments.
Understand intra-group lending and tax organization.
Possess applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.
Exposed to Mergers and Acquisitions.
Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to the This Company Management Committee.
Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or its equivalent is required. Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional licenses and other forms of continuing professional education.
12 years relevant experience in business development. A foremost expert in business development, will possess relevant industry expertise and will have solid experience in project development, BOOT/PPP/DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures.
Proficient in oral and written English. Some command of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
