The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.Job SummaryResponsible, under the general direction of the Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) Coordinator, for general analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the P&PM organization, either independently or in collaboration with others. Supervision and guidance are generally limited to outlines of over-all objectives of assigned tasks, updates of work in progress, and approval of the incumbent\'s findings and recommendations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute routine planning and performance management tasks at the Admin Area level, including weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development.
  • Assume the role of risk coordinator for the Admin Area.
  • Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives related to planning and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through hands-on involvement in these activities.
  • Provide oversight on the Admin Area\'s administrative costs.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of related experience, preferably at GC (Grade Level) 12-14.
  • Ability to produce reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Proficiency in working effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team, as well as in cross-functional settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills related to Treasury functions.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
