The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in understanding and reviewing manufacturing drawings of spare parts used in rotating equipment.Key qualifications for this role include excellent experience in CNC 5-Axis machining and cutting tools, along with proficiency in relevant programming CAD and CAM applications such as NX Siemens and SolidWorks. Candidates with experience in the field of reverse engineering are highly preferred. Additionally, candidates should possess the ability to train and develop other young technicians.MSSD operates state-of-the-art workshops and facilities, which are powered by its skilled and experienced workforce. It plays a crucial role within the company, providing essential support to all field organizations by maintaining and repairing corporate equipment.Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for spare parts manufacturing of rotating equipment, including process selection, manufacturing plans, and CAM programming.
Offer technical consultation to Shops Operating Repair Units and Contractor Shops.
Support field installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, and modify existing equipment, identifying cost reductions and process improvements.
Prepare design engineering packages for rotating equipment.
Perform technical investigations for shop repair return jobs to identify root causes of failure, corrective repair actions, and lessons learned.
Introduce the latest technology in manufacturing methodology.
Develop and revise departmental technical procedures and standards.
Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to junior engineers, quality inspectors, and technicians.
Offer technical input for purchasing specifications, including technical proposal evaluation.
Liaise with Department engineers, Consulting Services Department (CSD), other This Company Departments, and manufacturers.
Coordinate with In-House Repair Units, Quality Assurance units, In-Kingdom Contractors, vendors, and manufacturers in developing, evaluating, and implementing shop repair work scopes.
Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings.

Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years\' experience in the manufacturing field as outlined in the position description.
Experience in the mechanical design and manufacturing of major rotating equipment such as gas compressors, steam turbines, pumps, diesel engines, and gearboxes.
Experience working on rotating equipment with original equipment manufacturing facilities or equivalent certified repairing facilities.
