Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing efforts across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple regions. The right candidate would also be tasked with setting up their marketing team in the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker and proven team leader with exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of global market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:



• Marketing Strategy Development:
+ Develop and implement in collaboration with Group Chairman and Division CEO's, Group marketing strategy that align with the company's overall business objectives.
+ Create Divisional marketing plans and campaigns on an as-needed basis while ensuring consistency with the global brand.
• Brand Management:
+ Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
+ Partner Divisional CEO's on Division branding initiatives
+ Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all international marketing channels and materials.
+ Prepare a digital marketing plan to build the RCG Group brand in a B2B context; identify nad work with agency to execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and initiative-specific campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Content Creation and Localization:
+ Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, ensuring relevance and appeal to diverse international audiences.
+ Manage content localization and translation to cater to local market needs.
• Campaign Management:
+ Plan and execute global marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with regional strategies.
+ Coordinate with regional marketing teams to ensure effective campaign implementation and execution.
• Budget Management:
+ Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
+ Track marketing expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
• Event Management:
+ Plan and execute global events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
+ Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
+ Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
+ Work closely with inhouse UI/UX and Graphic designer team to






Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional or international role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural sensitivities.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
