Now we are looking for Global M&A Senior Manager, you will be a part of our Global M&A team.
Your Impact on the Mission:
Provide end-to-end support for already closed transactions
Monitor compliance with obligations of existing deals
Coordinate legal and due diligence advisors
Estimate deferred payments / earn-outs
Manage final tranches and deal close activities
Source, assess, structure, and close new M&A opportunities:
Contribute to development and maintenance of M&A strategy
Liaise with third parties and internal business owners to generate and maintain healthy M&A pipeline
Engage with identified targets and lead negotiations
Onboard and coordinate third party advisors
Research, analyse and prepare presentations on new deal opportunities
Structure the transactions and conduct valuation and investment analysis
Prepare detailed internal investment proposals and ad hoc updates on M&A activities
Ensure smooth execution of deal close activities
What Youll Bring to The Table:
6-9 years of experience - preferably in investment banking, deal advisory or Big Four transaction services or corporate finance; M&A experience in the industry will also be considered
Track record of closed deals from start to finish
Advanced Excel, analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive experience of internal and external stakeholder management
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously curate multiple projects
Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA desirable
International work experience - particularly with emerging markets - as a plus
