Job Title: Global Head of MNC & Tender Management Reporting line: CCO Purpose: The Global Head of the Aramex Multi-National Corporation (MNC) customer team plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and directing the strategic operations of the organization on a global scale. Responsible for managing the growth and retention of our global strategic customers - this executive position requires exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of international markets and regulatory environments. The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and sustainability while ensuring alignment with the company\'s overarching mission, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for our Global MNC Strategic Customers that aligns with the company\'s objectives and drives sustainable growth.
Business Development: From the MNC customer base to
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via strategic customer planning and relationship development that yields growth across all products
Developing brick walling strategies to retain our Global MNC customers
Sector Development: Ensuring that within the target sectors that clear strategies are identified, partnerships developed and markets are supported to expand the company\'s presence and revenue streams worldwide.
Regional Alignment; to develop a hybrid model for customer management that is driven both centrally and within the regions to ensure that we improve our trading profile for the Global MNC customers across all target geographies
Tender Management: Ensuring that a clear and communicated strategy for tender management is developed; strong alignment with the Product Team is maintained and the win rates for tenders are recorded and improved
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and ensure efficient use of resources across all regions.
Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain operational processes, standards, and performance metrics to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities in global markets, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of executive leadership in multinational corporations, with at least 10 years of experience in progressively responsible roles.
Deep understanding of global markets, economic trends, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances, with experience leading business operations in multiple countries or regions.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to anticipate and respond effectively to changing market dynamics and competitive pressures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus, inspire trust, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, with a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Willingness to travel frequently and work across different time zones as needed to support global operations.
