Your Role

As our Global Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and strategic initiatives of our company on a global scale. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will report directly to our Global Controller and collaborate closely with regional and global leaders to enhance our market position and create lasting value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global financial strategies to drive profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with international finance teams to gather market insights and craft competitive strategies.
• Nurture and lead the global finance and accounting teams, ensuring the application of Principle Based Management(TM).
• Standardize accounting and reporting practices across all regions.
• Oversee global finance and accounting functions, preparing various financial reports and managing audits.
• Manage global tax and compliance requirements, working with external auditors and consultants.
• Stay abreast of international regulatory changes and ensure compliance with new tax laws and regulations.
• Lead ERP implementation projects to modernize and streamline financial processes globally.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in financial analysis, business development, and decision support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong economic analysis skills, including the application of marginal analysis, opportunity cost, and risk optimization.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems and implementing new accounting processes.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation on a global scale.
• Knowledge of GCC, particularly UAE, laws, and tax regulations is a plus.
