SynopsisThe Brand Performance Manager is responsible for shaping and executing strategies to enhance Etihad Airways\' brand performance and market position globally.Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Etihad Airways\' overall objectives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Leveraging in-depth analysis of brand performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.The Brand Performance Manager will lead the planning, execution and evaluation of select brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional media and experiential marketing. Additionally, the role will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, operations and customer experience to ensure alignment and integration of brand initiatives.The role will be responsible for manageing the brand and product marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI and achieve key departmental KPIS.As a member of the brand team, they will be a custodian of the Etihad master brand, ensuring full compliance and consistency across all touchpoints including communications and customer experience.Accountabilities\xc2\xb7 Ensure all stakeholders, internal and external, are supported from a brand perspective as and where required.\xc2\xb7 Ensure regular market and audience reporting across disciplines, ensuring all relevant teams are updated on brand performance and recommendations for improvements.\xc2\xb7 Organise all agency and stakeholder performance review sessions as and when required.\xc2\xb7 Ensure robust stakeholder management (requirements gathering, feedback management and approvals) and drive alignment prior, during and post project completion.\xc2\xb7 Act as the brand custodian across the group including review and feedback on marketing assets, onboard and on ground branding and sponsorship assets to ensure brand consistency.\xc2\xb7 Be seen as a brand evangelist across the Group and take every chance to educate EAG staff about the Etihad brand and how our product and experience are at the heart of our brand.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for effective reporting of brand performance as and when required, and liaising directly with the brand insights agency to provide internal support and ensure brand health meetings are scheduled regularly, and all month on month actions are followed up.\xc2\xb7 Deputise for the Head of Brand as and when required.Education & Experience\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 7-8 years experience in a brand and/or marketing capacity in a matrix and global organisation.\xc2\xb7 Highly analytical and data driven, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.\xc2\xb7 Strong team player and ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines.\xc2\xb7 Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and passion for innovation.\xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to resolve conflict.\xc2\xb7 Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and satisfy localisation requirements for diverse markets.\xc2\xb7 Possesses an understanding of brand building strategies, differentiation, and consumer insights across brand segments.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience working in a brand or insights capacity with knowledge of multiple markets.\xc2\xb7 Background in aviation, travel, hospitality or FMCG roles preferred.\xc2\xb7 An un-rivalled attention to detail and project management capabilities.\xc2\xb7 University degree requiredAbout Etihad AirwaysEtihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, was formed in 2003 and quickly went on to become one of the world\'s leading airlines.
