Working with the Global Creative Director, the Brand Design Manager will be responsible for developing and executing various brand collateral covering graphic design and art direction for global marketing and resort projects including branding, identity and collateral development, digital design, editorial design, photoshoot conception and production for campaigns, social content and much more. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for beautiful design and generate captivating ideas that connect with One&Only\'s sophisticated, ultra-luxury market and clientele. The successful candidate must possess excellent time skills as well as a strong visual sensibility and English written and communication skills. They must be a strategic and creative thinker with an innate ability to confidently execute tasks to the highest quality in a timely manor. As the One&Only Art & Design Manager, you will work closely with the Global Creative Director and wider marketing team to develop new and original content that attracts and entices new and existing audiences and that reaffirms the One&Only name as a chic and culturally relevant brand across global markets.Key Duties And Responsibilities
Conceptualise and design exceptional brand concepts and campaigns across all online and offline channels, including paid and organic.
Create engaging and evocative multi-channel content that celebrate One&Only\'s distinct narrative and translate across the brand\'s collection of one-off Resorts and Private Homes.
Have a strong knowledge and understanding of relevant creative talent that are suitable collaborators for the One&Only brand including copywriters, print houses, HTML coders, designers, video editors, UX / UI designers, photographers, directors, stylists, influencers and brand ambassadors.
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for discerning audiences.
Assist in crafting and evolving the creative direction of the Global Brand and review the work of external creative agencies across all online and offline channels.
Support Creative Director in conceiving, implementing and overseeing concepts, guidelines and strategies across various creative projects, from ideation to completion.
Analyze competitor landscape and share insights with internal team including inspirational activations we can learn from and aspire towards.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Relevant luxury experience as a Graphic Designer / Art Director in an agency or in-house setting.
Experience in working on marketing and advertising campaigns - online and offline.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Keynote software. Video editing and proficiency across editing programmes such as Adobe Premiere Pro is essential. HTLM coding is preferred but not essential.
Showcase genuine passion and interest in staying up-to-date in culturally relevant creative fields including art, design, fashion, luxury, lifestyle and editorial.
Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
Motivation, attention to detail, and the desire to execute every project to the highest standard.
Outstanding design, graphic, animation and multimedia understanding and skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills with a strong team player attitude.
The ability to think laterally and literally.
Bachelor\'s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, and other relevant fields.
HTLM coding is preferred but not essential.
Occasional international travel.
