Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installer who is proficient in various aspects of the field, including shower partition installation, mirror installation, staircase railing, balcony balustrade, Office partition, and door & window work. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install glass for shower enclosure, mirrors, staircase railings, balcony balustrades, Office partition, doors, and windows
• Remove and replace damaged or broken glass.
• Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure watertight and airtight installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine job requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Transport glass and materials to job sites, ensuring safe handling and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in glass installation or a related field.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy glass and materials, and to stand, kneel, and crouch for extended
