Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented GIS Web Developer to design, develop, and implement web-based GIS applications. This role focuses on enhancing data visualization and user interaction by leveraging cutting-edge GIS technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver interactive, user-friendly GIS solutions that align with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

• GIS Web Application Development: Design and develop web-based GIS applications using ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, JavaScript API, and related technologies to deliver robust mapping and data visualization solutions.
• Service Configuration and Publishing: Configure and publish WMS/WFS services to enable data sharing and visualization across systems.
• Custom Tool Implementation: Develop and integrate custom tools for spatial analysis, querying, and data interaction to provide advanced GIS functionalities.
• System Integration: Integrate GIS applications with Oracle databases and other backend systems to ensure seamless data access and synchronization.
• Collaboration with UI/UX Teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience in GIS applications.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in international GIS consultancy.
• Proficiency in developing GIS web applications using ESRI ArcGIS JavaScript API, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience configuring and managing WMS/WFS services and working with geospatial data.
• Knowledge of spatial databases, particularly Oracle Spatial, and experience with database integration.
• Strong understanding of GIS principles, including spatial analysis, data visualization, and map services.
• Certified for ESRI ArcGIS.
