UAE. This position is responsible for accomplishing complex analytic, data development, data manipulation, and data validation work related to geo-spatial platforms and the manipulation of and interpretation.We envisage success in this role to include:
Creating and/or preparing, and maintaining critical geo-spatial databases for client projects, including the development of complex geo-fencing boundaries with direct implications to reliability and accuracy of client deliverables, geocode validation, spatial data placement, and dependent model variable data validation with client.
Developing advanced specialized maps utilizing geographic and demographic information using programming, database, and graphic skills.
Extracting demographic information from various databases for use in maps or reports.
Providing support to the project as required.
Performing quality assurance on all products or services being developed for projects and clients to ensure product is meeting specified requirements.
Interfacing with studio colleagues and clients as the primary database support resource and provides support as needed to support the project.
Supporting clients and internal resources in the roles of map development, geocoding, database development, database manipulation, and database design.
Performing other duties as assigned.
QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 years work experience with public realm and master planning developments, partnered with a Bachelor degree and relevant GIS trainings.Advanced proficiency in ESRI ArcMap, MapInfo, or other GIS-related technologies required for this role.Please submit your CV and a design portfolio which demonstrates your experience and explains your suitability for the role.
