Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, snapchat, tiktok)
• Experience working with customer support.
