Job Summary
We are seeking for TWO "2" detail-oriented Gift Wrapper / Florist to join our team. The Gift Wrapper will be responsible for wrapping customer purchases with care and creativity, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
• Wrap customer purchases in an attractive and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their gift wrapping needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in stocking gift wrapping supplies
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
• Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Skills
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Experience with cash register operations
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Ability to upsell and promote additional services or products
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in a grocery store setting is beneficial
• Ability to stock and organize inventory effectively
• Basic math skills for calculating costs and handling transactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
