The Role This role involves of several steps to guide potential clients from initial interest phase to a successful property purchase in close coordination with the managing director and the back office team. The Key Account Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring, that potential clients are well-informed, engaged, and supported throughout the property purchase process, ultimately contributing to the success of the real estate agency. Overall Tasks: - Contacting, pre-qualifying & allocating incoming leads from marketing campaigns - Consulting, supporting, servicing & handling clients of the managing director - Building up, servicing & supporting sales partners in the German-speaking region - Identifying & acquiring new potential direct clients from own network Specific Tasks: - Contacting leads generated via marketing campaigns or referrals (Company Leads); - Introducing our organization, our projects and our unique all-inclusive service to potential clients; - Assessing, whether prospective clients are seriously interested in buying or not; - Understanding the level of knowledge of clients about the real estate market; - Apprehending the timeline of the clients, when they would be ready to buy a property; - Clarifying the clients budget, preferences along with all important criteria like size, bedrooms, location, project status, purpose of the property (holiday-home/ investment); - Identifying upcoming trips to Dubai & suggesting a visit to get a better understanding; - Allocating leads to sales managers in coordination with the managing director; - Supporting the Managing Director in dealing with his clients during all phases; - Arranging meetings and conference calls with existing and prospective clients; - Preparing project overviews, brochures and sales offers for the meetings; - Sending investment opportunities to his clients and following up with them; - Handling several meetings and conferences with his clients calls alone; - Initiating the sales-/purchase process with the clients after a property was selected; - Building up sales partners as well as referrers in Germany and Switzerland; - Providing them key & updated information to be able to talk about Investing in Dubai; - Managing and supporting them in consulting their customers or contacts; - Initiating the sales-/purchase process with their clients after a property was selected; - Calculating the commissions of sales partners and referrers; - Networking within the German-speaking and European clientele as the target group; - Aquiring new potential clients and introducing our organization, our projects and our unique service; - Consulting clients and advising about investment opportunities in Dubai and the UAE in coordination with the managing director; - Initiating the sales process with client-specific proposals and consulting them until closing the deal by selling properties plus the C&P All-Round Service; - Preparing and and editing presentations for clients including yield calculations; - Preparing project overviews for clients along with sales offers and project information;
Requirements
Completed commercial education. Min. 2 years experience in real estate field in Dubai, knowledge of buying / selling processes. Perfect knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus High self-initiative and motivation as well as strong communication- and sales-closing skills High level of organizational skills as well as a careful and structured approach of work-related tasks Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for presentations What we offer: Above-average renumeration with a fixed part and commissions Strong back-office support European working environment and career development in an innovative real estate company Modern workplace in a prestigious office building in Dubai Marina German speaking mentality, supported personal responsibility and team-work Residence Visa and the Employee will be taken under the sponsorship of the Company A laptop and sim card will be provided and remain the property of the Company.
