As part of ThriveState's expansion, we are looking for highly motivated Chinese Speaker Real Estate Agents to become part of our continued success.

We are searching not just for agents but entrepreneurs who want nothing more than to reap the financial rewards of the Dubai Real Estate market.

- Dedicated and loyal agents looking to earn life-changing amounts of money
- Real Estate experience is preferred however, anyone who can demonstrate they have the ability to learn and succeed will be considered
- People who can remain resilient and positive at all times in a highly competitive market

Responsibilities:
- Update daily, all leads and properties via the CRM system
- Utilize all company resources to promote the Sale and Rental of properties

- Manage relationships and regular contact with all clients including property owners

- Be available and willing to work beyond normal office hours

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market rules and regulations, market conditions, accurate property pricing, and understanding of the economic fundamentals affecting the market

- Always promote and represent the company to the highest and most professional standards
- Consistently demonstrate the desire and drive to succeed

- Ensure that company's KPIs are met on a monthly basis including commission targets
