We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Medicine Doctor to provide specialized healthcare services to our elderly patients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of aging individuals and possess the skills to provide comprehensive medical care.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough medical examinations and assessments of elderly patients- Diagnosing and treating various health conditions and illnesses common in the elderly population- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans- Prescribing and administering medications and treatments as needed- Performing procedures specific to geriatric medicine such as joint injections and skin biopsies- Educating patients and their families on ways to manage and prevent age-related health issues- Providing end-of-life care and support to patients and their families- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical recordsQualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited institution- Valid medical license and registration- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric medicine or a related field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment- Empathy and patience towards elderly patients- Knowledge of current medical practices and technology relevant to geriatric medicine
