Job Summary

We're seeking Geotechnical Laboratory Manager who can oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in all processes.

Duties

• Ensure all equipment is up to date, functional, and compliant with safety standards.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Oversee the maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies inventory
• Coordinate with research and development teams to support ongoing projects
• Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and FDA regulations
• Manage clinical trials and studies within the laboratory setting
• Assign tasks and monitor the work of lab staff to ensure productivity and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, research development, and project management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
