Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Geot

echnical Engineer

to join our team. As a JW Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting technical operations and providing engineering solutions for projects involving JW systems, equipment, and technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of technical systems. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

System Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support for JW systems, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve technical problems, and provide solutions to improve efficiency.

Installation & Commissioning:

Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of JW technical systems and equipment. Ensure systems are properly set up, calibrated, and functioning as per project specifications.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare detailed technical reports, manuals, and documentation for system installation, operation, and maintenance. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all technical requirements are met. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members during project execution.

Design & Configuration:

Assist in the design and configuration of JW systems to meet specific project needs. Offer recommendations on system improvements, adjustments, and configurations based on technical analysis.

Training & Support:

Provide training to clients or internal teams on the operation and maintenance of JW systems. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth system functionality.

Project Assistance:

Support the engineering team during all project phases, including design, implementation, testing, and final handover. Assist with the management of timelines, resources, and project deliverables.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Ensure that all technical work complies with relevant standards, regulations, and quality assurance procedures. Perform regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality output.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).

3+ years of experience

in technical engineering roles, ideally with experience in JW systems or related technologies. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues. Knowledge of technical specifications, system configuration, and installation processes. Experience with project management, including assisting in timelines, resources, and deliverables. Proficiency in technical software and tools related to system design, analysis, and documentation (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or experience with JW systems or related technologies. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for technical systems installation and maintenance. Project management experience or training, including familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
