: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Geospatial Solutions Sales Specialist / Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling GNSS RTK Systems and LiDAR systems to clients across various industries. This role requires technical expertise in geospatial technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: a) Identify and target potential clients in industries such as surveying, construction, agriculture, and mapping. b) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. c) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of GNSS RTK Systems, Enterprise Drones and LiDAR systems. d) Collaborate and customize solutions based on client specifications. e) Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales. f) Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. g) Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including training and technical assistance to clients on all solutions- hardware and software. h) Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. i) Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software. j) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services. Qualifications: a) Degree in Engineering, Geomatics, Geography, or any related technical degree. b) Proven experience in sales, preferably in the geospatial or similar industry. c) Technical knowledge of GNSS RTK Systems and LiDAR systems. d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients. e) Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. f) Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets. g) Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. h) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. i) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. j) Willingness to travel to client sites (local, regional and overseas) as required.
