Geographic Information System (gis) Editor
Job Description
Renowned electro-mechanical company based in Al Ain, UAE is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a GIS Editor and contribute to their geospatial data management efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Cartography, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a GIS Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using GIS software.
- Strong knowledge of geospatial data formats, standards, and coordinate systems.
- Experience in editing and managing large datasets in a GIS environment.
- Familiarity with data manipulation techniques, spatial analysis, and geo processing workflows.
- Solid understanding of cartographic principles and the ability to create high-quality maps.
