As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing professional hair care services to our valued clients, ensuring they receive personalized and exceptional salon experiences. Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of hair care services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, based on client preferences and requests.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles, discussing options, and making recommendations when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and products in the hairstyling industry.
• Perform hair and scalp analysis to assess the condition and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment effectively, including scissors, clippers, curling irons, and hairdryers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and salon areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Upsell salon products and services to clients, promoting additional treatments, retail products, or styling services.
• Stay informed about and adhere to health and safety regulations and practices.

Requirements:

• Valid hairstylist license or certification from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience as a hairstylist, preferably in a salon or similar environment.
• Proficient in a variety of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• In-depth knowledge of hair care products, trends, and industry practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to translate client requests into stylish and suitable hairstyles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for hairstyling.
