We are seeking an experienced Generalist Consultant to join our high-performing consulting team. As a consultant, you will partner with mid to senior executives to address complex business challenges and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities

Support project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries, including but not limited to, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Mobility, FMCG, Public Sector, Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, industry trends, and growth opportunities Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution Present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation Prepare high quality presentations/proposals for clients including visually compelling documents, reports, and charts Assist project team with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation Promote high standards of service delivery and support team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in management or strategy at a top-tier consulting firms). Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university (MBA or relevant advanced degrees preferred) Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

Ability to articulate strategies and insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our global clients. Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes. Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements Ability to take ownership of project module structuring and planning work to deliver desired results Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients. Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus.
