General Trade Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Trade Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with advance knowledge in engineering within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE, holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all fix it works are carried out according to prescribed work order and schedule.
• Assign technicians to work orders/ complaint promptly as and when it is made known to him.
• Feedback status of major complaints to General Trades Manager.
• Responsible for General Trades maintenance work for all plant equipment.
• Attend to maintenance complaints, investigations and rectification works.
• Ensure safekeeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures
Requirements:
• At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in civil engineering services for a healthcare project within the FM company.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
