General Trade Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Trade Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE with an Engineering degree.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall-In-Charge of the site operations, safety procedures and liaising with team to ensure efficiency in the facilities management department and the smooth operation of the project.
• Responsible for all personnel matter relating to the project and resolve any personnel problems that may arise .
• Responsible for all maintenance and to submit variation order claims of the project.
• Prepare Project Management Report for reporting project status Feedback status of major works.
• Attend relevant meetings and feedback sessions.
• Ensure smooth operations of site .
• Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
Requirements:
• At least ten (10) years of experience in managing general maintenance for a healthcare project within the FM company.
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Engineer is a must.
• Proficient and able to provide relevant managerial and technical support
• Excellent communication skills.
