Maintain detailed log books for A/C systems to track performance and maintenance activities.
Regularly clean filters as needed, ensuring optimal operation.
Change filters annually to ensure air quality and efficiency.
Maintain AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), deep freezers, split A/Cs, and other HVAC systems.
Perform routine and breakdown maintenance as required.
Service split A/Cs and AHUs periodically.
Actively participate in planning for long-term system improvements.
Check and adjust AHU belts regularly.
Carry out preventive maintenance on all A/C equipment to prevent future issues.
Monitor and maintain stock of necessary materials, informing the maintenance in charge when items need replenishment.
Communicate daily issues or concerns to the maintenance in charge for prompt resolution.
Perform any related job or work assigned by superiors.
Comply with all OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) and infection control policies, standards, and procedures.
Follow documented OSH procedures and specific responsibilities in the workplace.
Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Report OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and assist with preparing risk assessments and incident reports.
Comply with all waste management procedures and policies.
Attend OSH and infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness sessions.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems.
Maintain the building and facility in a safe and secure manner.
Prepare building management plans and budgets for operational efficiency.
Prepare for and actively participate in the emergency management program.
Provide expert advice and information on building and facilities OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) matters.
Support the development of objectives and monitor compliance with HAAD Health Sector OSHMS (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) requirements across all departments.

Qualifications:
A Diploma/graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or its equivalent.
At least three (3) years\' experience in the same field. Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
