To identify the problem of the HVAC system and resolve the issues. Repairs faulty Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and Plant.
To attend all the complaints as per the Job request well in time.
Carries out routine checks HVAC system and equipment on regular basis.
To maintain the complaint and monitoring log book of the HVAC system on daily basis.
To do installation of the AC, FCU, Valves, actuators, VAV, VCD and other components of the HVAC system as and when required.
Should check the chilled water system on regular basis and should rectify the issues if any in the pumps or chilled water system.
To maintain various components, including controls, condensers, and compressors. Should check & monitor the electrical readings and to rectify minor issues related to electrical panels.
To maintain inventory of the spare and used material in the stock register and request for the material well in advance to avoid any operational issues.
To clean the filters, check and replace on regularly and as required.
To maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, Fridges, split A/Cs, etc. and keep it in good working condition.
To understand and resolve the issues related to the Building management system.
To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance and rectifying / repair the HVAC system.
To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge.
To do the rooms/floors checklist as per the schedule.
To perform any related job / work as and when assigned by the Head of the Department.
To give detailed report as per the work assigned with proper feedback on completion of the work.

Qualifications:
ITI in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning with 3 years\' experience in HVAC and BMS system.
A Diploma in AC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical system with 1 year experience.
3 years\' experience in heavy Central Air Conditioning Plant.
Ability to work independently and for long hours.
Ability to read drawings of the HVAC system.
Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing HVAC systems and installation.
Must have knowledge in troubleshooting.
Ability to detect damages and malfunctions.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
