Job Title: General Technical

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Mechanic to join our hotel apartment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within the hotel apartments to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment within the hotel apartments.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in kitchen appliances, laundry equipment, and guest room fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Assist with general hotel maintenance tasks and projects as needed.
• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Ready to handle shift duty.
• Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgments.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
• Requirements:
• Excellent team player with good communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering great customer experience.
• Candidates must have 2 to 3 Years experience in 4 and 5-star hotel industry

Education and Experience:

• Diploma in General Mechanics or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Mechanic, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen/laundry equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
