SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - EPC ENERGY (OIL GAS POWER) & WATER SECTORS  (For UAE & REST OF GCC OPERATIONS)

Primary Location : Dubai


A large Construction Group of Companies recruiting New SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Position for one of their EPC Services Company to be based in Dubai.


Portfolio of Services : Mechanical, Electrical and Associated Civil EPC Services; Project Management; Operation and Maintenance Services for Industrial Plants such as Oil Gas Chemicals Petrochemicals Power Water Steel; Transmission Pipelines; Tank Farm.

EPC Services for AIS/GIS Substations up to 400KV; Electrical & Instrumentation Services; Industrial Electrification Services.

Responsibilities :

You will work closely with the Managing Director of the Company, and be responsible to lead, collaborate and direct the Company operations for UAE and other GCC Countries.

You will collaborate with the MD, provide leadership and supervision to the Company Operations and Company Growth focusing with Business Development Team; Tender; Contracts; Engineering Design; Estimation; Planning; Projects; Quality; Purchase; HRD, Finance & Accounts; Secretarial; Logistic; Warehouse; Plant & Equipment; Camps and Site Offices. Also, the External and International Affairs.

You will work closely with the Company Management as key Executive for development of Regional Plans, short and long term Budgets, and Execution Strategies.

You will extend support in Revenue Generation, Balance Sheets, P&L of the Company for UAE and GCC Operations.

You will collaborate with Admin & HRD for Skill Development, Potential Utilization, Employee Productivity, Staff Welfare and extend cooperation in Employee retentions across the Company, for executive / managment positions.

You will represent the Company in UAE, GCC and Global Markets for Business Meets, Trades, Collaborations, Tie-ups, Procurements, Partnership Developments, including New Partnership Company(s).

The position will report to the BoD.


Remuneration Package :

Any Tax-free Salary Higher Then AED 100K per Month; Relocation Assistence; Family Medical & Life Insurance; 4Wheel Car; Annual Leaves and Family Return Tickets; End of the Year Plus End of Service Benefits.


Requirements :

Relevant Bachelors Degree and Above.
15-20 years of Relevant Functional Experience.
15-20 years of Relevant Industry Experience.
5-10 years of UAE or GCC Work Experience.
 
Preference will be given to:

B-Tech/M-Tech/BBA/MBA/BS/MS with
PMP/ITIL
Knowledge of Ms-Projects/Primavera

GCC/UAE Driving License
