M42 is set to officially commence full-scale operations at Zayed Military Hospital, in early 2025.Responsibilities
Performs the professional duties of a General Practitioner in accordance with the delineation of privileges granted by the Credentialing and Privileging Committee.
Practices within the scope of practice and granted clinical privileges
Willingness to travel within UAE for patient assessment/care for Amana services.
Respond to patients\' medical/health problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate
Discuss side-effects, best conditions for use, and possible interactions of medication
Complies with all established organizational and asset policies regarding admissions, consultations, daily patient care, surgical procedures, discharge protocols, outpatient, and follow-up practices.
Accurately documents all relevant clinical information in a clear and timely fashion in accordance with established procedures.
Ensures preparation of patients for all procedures including obtaining informed consent.
Participates in and ensures the provision of out-of-hours (on call) coverage on a rotational basis, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Communicates clinical information to patients and the patients family (with consent of the patient) in a timely manner.
Qualifications
MBBS or MBChB or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience post qualification
Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (Where applicable).
At least 2 years of ICU or anesthesia training will be preferred.
