Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient needs based on physical, psychological, and social factors.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Stay up to date with advancements in medical treatments and procedures.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Bachelor\'s degree in nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license and certification in home country
- DHA/MOH eligibility or license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work long shifts.
