Job Description
General Mason for civil works
Construction : Build masonry structures, such as walls, buildings, fireplaces, chimneys, and retaining walls, by arranging and securing bricks, concrete blocks, or stones using mortar or other bonding materials.
Layout and Design : Interpret architectural and engineering plans and layouts to determine the precise placement of masonry units, ensuring alignment and aesthetic appeal.
Cutting and Shaping : Cut, shape, and trim masonry materials to the required size and shape using hand tools, power saws, and other equipment.
Mixing Mortar : Prepare mortar, grout, and other bonding materials to the appropriate consistency and composition for use in masonry work.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
