Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. Identify and develop new initiatives to grow the products and consumers by building strategic plan and go to market development plans. Restructure the department by ensuring the smooth operation of sales, finance, and supply chain. Define new growth strategies, including business development or activities to elaborate an organic expansion. Develop business interests and new relationships in the retail and wholesale market. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating revenues for the company. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Promote the company. Represent the company in negotiations with clients, customers, key distributors and maintain long-term relationships. HIRING CRITERIA: 10 to 15 years + of luxury Retail Fragrance & commercial (distribution) business management experience in GCCI and international market is mandatory. Personal grooming at a high standard. FUNCTIONAL PRE-REQUISITES: Educational Qualifications: Business Degree advantageous. Years of Experience Min: 15 years in the same level.
