Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the learning center, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students, staff, and families. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills to drive our center's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of programs and services.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Program Development: Collaborate with educators to design and implement innovative learning programs that meet the needs of students.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reports, and fundraising efforts to support the center's objectives.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, local schools, and community organizations to promote the center's mission.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies to enhance the center's growth and sustainability.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• Arabic and English speaking, reading and writing
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of educational best practices and curriculum development.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
