Delighted to be working with this very high:profile Hospitality Group again who are looking for a General manager for their high:profile Restaurant, Bar and Lounge venue in Dubai As General manager you will be full responsible for the day:to:day operations of the venue, team leadership and P and L management. Strong Food and wine knowledge required and heaps of passion for delivering great food and service. Must be able to manage large team, multi:cultural teams of staff members. We are looking for someone with a great personality, with high energy and a sense of humour. Candidates must come from either an existing or prior Dubai/UAE background, ideally working within similar premium, high:end dining concepts : as its paramount that this person has their finger on the pulse when it comes to local clientele, local promotors, local marketing strategies etc. Hospitality degree is preferred. Total package: circa 35,000 : 40,000 AED per month but potentially negotiable for an outstanding individual Get in touch:
