We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning of our small logistics business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing business processes, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Align business operations with long-term growth plans and market trends.
Operational Oversight:
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and delivery services to meet client requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements for optimal performance.
Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure cost control and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to build a skilled and productive team.
• Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations.
Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Handle negotiations and create customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
