Position: General Manager

Location: UAE - Sharjah Emirates

Industry: Radiator Manufacturing

A leading UAE-based Radiator Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in the UAE and Gulf Region. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.

- Lead and collaborate across Production, Quality, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive safety and quality initiatives.

- Report to the board on performance metrics and strategic developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (master's preferred).

- 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior management within the UAE or Gulf Region.

- Experience in automotive or radiator manufacturing is highly desirable.

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Expertise in operational efficiency and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

- Financial acumen in budgeting and P&L management.

- Deep understanding of the Gulf market and industry trends.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
