GENERAL MANAGER : PRESTIGIOUS VENUE, KSA We have been retained by this well:established company to find a General Manager for this beautiful events venue. This person will be responsible for all aspects of running this busy venue, driving sales, managing costs and inspiring a diverse team of staff Experience, skills and attributes we require: * At least five years experience or managing a similar organisation at a senior level : interested in speaking to those working in prestigious venues, stadiums or high:profile events companies * Have an understanding, appreciation, and passion for the development of services to the MICE and live events industry. * Have a strong knowledge or understanding of MICE and event management aspects of a venue environment, and its potential pressures. * Demonstrable experience of working within the GCC region preferable but not essential * Be capable of demonstrating effective leadership skills. * Have a passion and desire to provide excellent customer service. * Experience of managing large teams of diverse personnel * The ability to motivate, develop and inspire staff. * Experience of designing and managing budgets. * The ability to research, assimilate information into reports and cost analysis/justification. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). * Have excellent attention to detail. * Ability to be an ambassador for the venue. * Be flexible, adaptable, and able to work within a fast:moving work environment. * Arabic speaking always beneficial but not essential Salary package: SAR60k : 100k pm all inclusive and dependent upon experience Get in touch:
