• Coach and develop employees within the subsidiary.
• Develop the organisation and culture.
• Identify and develop needed capabilities within the subsidiary.
• Define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow up regularly.
• Develop and execute agreed-upon plans and deliverables.
• Represent DEIF and enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand among stakeholders.
• Manage and improve key interfaces and processes between departments and across global/regional functions.
• Allocate and prioritise resources for key tasks and projects.
• Drive cross organisational and global projects to ensure solution alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the group.
• Keep the Regional Manager informed about the subsidiary\xe2\x80\x99s strengths, weaknesses, and risks.
