Job Description
Position Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for preparing and executing business plans, managing factory operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing production, and achieving business growth in Terrazzo and Marble contracting segments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the UAE market, and a solid understanding of both technical and business development aspects.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in factory operations and business management.
• Market Knowledge: Extensive experience in the UAE market.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge along with sales and business development skills.
• Leadership Skills: Proven people management experience and the ability to handle P&L responsibilities.
