The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple hotels, attending meetings with property owners, and ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel management services. Key Responsibilities: Hotel Management: Oversee the management of multiple hotels and apartments, ensuring that they operate smoothly and meet our standards of excellence. Owner Relations: Attend meetings with property owners to present and explain our management operations, fostering strong relationships and trust. Reporting: Visit each hotel weekly or on alternate days to collect data, assess performance, and compile detailed reports for senior management. Leadership: Lead and mentor hotel staff to achieve operational goals, ensuring that all team members maintain the highest level of service and professionalism. Market Presence: Uphold a positive image of our company in the market, maintaining integrity and transparency in all dealings. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Manager position within the hotel industry. Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and property owners.
