Job Title : General Manager - Joinery & Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our joinery& Fitout company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE's joinery industry and be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, ensuring project delivery excellence, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
• Operational Management: Oversee production, project management, and quality control to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a supervisors, and skilled workers to achieve organizational goals.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability while meeting financial targets.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the joinery industry.
• Proven experience in the UAE's joinery & fit-out industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Familiarity with the Dubai market and its regulatory environment.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
