General Manager - Holiday Homes RentalJob Title: General Manager - Holiday Homes Rental Location: Dubai, UAE Our client is a relatively new and dynamic developer based in Dubai, specializing in the Holiday Homes Rental market. Their mission is to deliver exceptional vacation experiences and investment opportunities through their portfolio of premium properties. We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a growing team and drive the success of our clients\' Holiday Homes business. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced leader who can oversee all segments of their Holiday Homes / Rental business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a complete holiday homes business at a similar senior level (reporting direct to Managing Partner / Business Owner / CEO / MD) with demonstrated track record of delivering year-on-year growth and increased profitability. This position directly reports to the Managing Partner and will initially lead a team of around 20 employees covering Sales / BD / Operations / Customer Service / HR & Admin functions. Their business is focused providing their customers luxurious and memorable vacation experiences while offering lucrative investment opportunities through their meticulously curated portfolio of properties. Key Deliverables:
Operations and Customer Service: ensure the highest standards of property maintenance and guest services, creating a hassle-free experience for both property owners and guests.
Revenue Management: implement strategic pricing and occupancy strategies to maximize rental income and enhance property value.
Marketing: drive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract clients & support Sales team to employ innovative marketing techniques to enhance property visibility and attract a global clientele.
Inventory Onboarding: with a number of properties already in their portfolio they are also looking to continuously expand their portfolio by onboarding new and exclusive properties, ensuring a wide selection for their clients.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure profitability.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
With a minimum of 10 years\' experience in the Dubai Property Market you will also possess at least 2-3 years of experience of operating in a similar capacity within the Holiday Home / Serviced Apartment business in Dubai.
Prior experience in the Hospitality / Hotel business in any location worldwide is also advantageous.
Exceptional candidates with high potential to achieve growth targets, working at a level below with full business exposure, including financials, may be considered also.
