General Manager - Ghaf (Advertising, Marketing & Social Media)

The General Manager of Ghaf is responsible for leading and growing the company's operations in advertising, marketing, and social media. This role focuses on securing new clients, closing deals, and driving sales while ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and business strategies for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and business partners. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to maximize revenue. Oversee the execution of advertising and marketing campaigns to ensure quality and effectiveness. Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends and stay updated on the latest developments in digital marketing and social media. Represent the company in industry events and conferences to strengthen its market presence. Monitor financial and operational performance, making strategic decisions to drive growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

5-7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or digital media. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies. Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value deals. Expertise in managing teams and achieving business objectives. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication skills and a professional business presence.
