We are looking for an accomplished and strategic General Manager to lead our cosmetics manufacturing operations in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in the MENA region within the cosmetics manufacturing industry and hold a Masters degree in a relevant field. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market presence in the MENA region.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the companys footprint in the MENA region.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in products, processes, and technology.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements in the cosmetics industry.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in a managerial role within the cosmetics manufacturing industry in the MENA region.
- Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Deep understanding of the cosmetics market in the MENA region.
