Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
• Drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and customer engagement
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Maintain strong operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, with a strong preference for candidates from the hotel management industry.
• Solid backgournd in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Familiarity with operational processes and best practices in clinic management.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is prefered.
